ABL Direct is a division of ABL Employment. It was launched in 2021, led by Valerie Steele, to cater to professional search/recruitment for positions such as technical Inside Sales, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, Account Manager, and other career focused roles. Our main focus in this division is on direct hire opportunities.
Luke is our direct hire consultant. He has nearly 15 years of experience in the staffing industry, specializing in Finance, Accounting, and Analyst roles, as well as adapting to diverse client needs. Luke is dedicated to the values of hard work, honesty, enjoying the journey and collaborating with an exceptional team.
Hiwot is our Recruiter Admin Coordinator at ABL Direct. Her primary focus has been nurturing relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and guiding them towards suitable opportunities. Prior to joining ABL, Hiwot gained valuable experience in the fields of Finance and Human Resources.
