Shipping Clerk with Forklift

Full-time, temp-to-hire position available in Newmarket! We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our client’s team.

Duties:
Oversee the daily inbound and outbound flow of materials and finished goods.
Prepare, package, label, and stage customer orders for shipment.
Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Update inventory databases and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Ensure inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and inventory management activities.
Coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, Raymond Reach trucks, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to safely move materials.
Load and unload trucks while following company safety procedures.

Qualifications:
– Raymond Reach Forklift License
– Shipping/Receiving experience
