General Labour – Construction Material Production NEW

Our client is looking for great people to join their team in Woodbridge! We are looking for strong general labourers with production / manufacturing experience to help in the production of steel bars used in construction! Your work will contribute to an important and thriving industry!

Shift:
– Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
– Work a convenient day shift!

Job Duties:
– Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine bent bar requirements
– Measure, cut, bend, and assemble bars according to project specifications
– Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently
– Inspect fabricated components to ensure accuracy and quality standards
– Perform routine maintenance and inspections on fabrication equipment

Requirements:
– Must be able to lift 50lbs
– Must be comfortable in a high-heat environment
– Must be able to kneel, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill tasks
– Dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination required
– Previous manufacturing/production experience is an asset

Pay rate:
– $19/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday
