What You’ll Be Doing
Follow production instructions to manufacture quality products
Measure, cut, and prepare materials to exact specifications
Work with hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and accuracy
Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Pitch in with other tasks as needed
What You Bring
High school diploma (Grade 12)
Experience in manufacturing or production is an asset
CNC experience is a plus, but not required – training available
Comfortable using tools, reading measurements, and working with materials
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, team-oriented attitude
Schedule
4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
