This dynamic position is located in North York and involves:
– Scheduling and conducting interviews from entry level to skilled positions
– Recruiting, interviewing, placing and motivating employees in a wide variety of industrial and administrative positions throughout the Greater Toronto Area
– Developing relationships with client companies to ensure that staffing needs are met and expectations succeed
– Generating soft leads and bringing on new clients through outbound and inbound sales activity (online, phone and in-person activity)
COMPENSATION:
$50,000/yr
Salary offered is dependent on transferable skills/experience: this is not an hourly position. Benefits include: a competitive bonus plan based on branch performance, medical benefit plan, paid mileage, paid training, monthly wellness bonus, personal internet service reimbursement, and much more!
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year
– Minimum 1 year staffing industry experience
– An upbeat, positive and energetic attitude.
– Must have your own transportation (car)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strength in creativity and analysis
– Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a team environment
