Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving? We’re looking for a Warehouse Office Clerk with a Counterbalance Forklift License to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll be an important part of our operations, ensuring freight and information flow smoothly and accurately-all while delivering exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do:
– Process shipments timely and accurately to keep our customers happy.
– Follow customer standard operating procedures and proactively communicate any issues.
– Consistently meet KPI standards and uphold company procedures.
– Be the go-to person for resolving customer-related issues quickly and effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
– 2+ years of Customer Service experience-you know how to keep customers smiling!
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
– Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
– Highly organized, self-motivated, and a true team player.
