We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our part-time event team in Halifax! As a vital part of our crew, you’ll assist in setting up and breaking down various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
The pay rate for this position is $19.50/hour!
Key Responsibilities:
– Set up chairs, tables, decor, and signage according to event specifications
– Greet and direct guests to seating and facilities
– Distribute food and beverages during events
– Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the event
– Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after the event concludes
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
– Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
– Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
– Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
– Reliable transportation to event locations
The shows are primarily on Friday and Saturday evenings.
