General Warehouse Supervisor

The pay rate for this position is $26-$27/hour.
The role is located in the heart of Mississauga, offering easy access and a great work environment.

What You’ll Do:
– Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
– Supervise and support warehouse staff to meet performance, accuracy, and safety goals
– Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and verify shipping documents
– Monitor inventory, conduct cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
– Schedule, train, and cross-train team members as needed
– Complete data entry and reporting tasks using warehouse systems

What You Bring:
– 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
– Strong computer literacy; familiar with WMS and RF scanner use
– Certified to operate Reach, Order Picker, Counterbalance (electric), and Walkie forklifts
– First Aid certification or willingness to complete training
– Reliable with an excellent attendance record
