Responsibilities
– Develop 2D and 3D industrial electrical designs and layouts
– Create and interpret motor schematics
– Assist with equipment selection and design budgeting
– Coordinate with engineers and project managers
– Prepare routing and installation details in line with codes
– Contribute to project estimates, schedules, and proposals
– Review and understand system and design layouts
– Ensure designs meet applicable electrical codes and standards
– Collaborate across disciplines for integrated project delivery
– Support construction and installation teams with technical drawings

Skills & Qualifications
– 5+ years of electrical design experience
– Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D; Revit experience is a plus
– Experience with motor schematics and industrial electrical layouts
– College diploma in engineering technology or related field
– Intermediate working knowledge of CAD software
– Knowledge of MV/HV systems and VFD motor control is an asset
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
