We have an exciting hybrid position in Markham, ON! You will spend the majority of your time working from home but you will need to come into the office once per month for an employee engagement day! We are looking for someone who can work full time on their SIN for at least one year and has proven customer service skills and experience!
Responsibilities include:
– Delivering excellent customer service while responding to inbound calls and emails
– Determining and resolving customer inquiries, using customer escalations, with tact and de-escalation techniques
– Complete required documentation, such as tracking communication with customers
– Troubleshooting technical issues experienced by customers
Requirements:
– Must be able to work 40 hours per week on your SIN for at least 1 year
– Minimum 2 years customer service experience, previous call centre experience is considered an asset
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Computer savvy with knowledge of information technology systems
– Excellent rapport building and problem solving skills
– Fluency in French is considered an asset
Shift:
– Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
Salary:
– $47,000 / year
– 2 weeks paid vacation
