We’re a Pet Supply company that packages and ships kitty litter and wood shavings for small animal cages in a small town rural community. In addition to common allergies and the prevalence of dust in the environment, this resulted in a limited local candidate-pool. We partner with ABL because they work closely with us to provide before-dispatch orientations that include photos and videos, and detailed descriptions of the kinds of substances and materials that are found onsite, to help limit the number of people who turnover after the first day due to these common issues.
