Jennifer began her ABL career as a Customer Service Manager in the Milton branch before advancing to Regional Client Specialist for the Milton/Peel region. She now leads as Regional Manager for Milton, Peel, and the GTA. Over her time at ABL, Jennifer has built lasting client partnerships and developed a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Her positive energy and people-first approach empower her team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every associate and client interaction reflects ABL’s core values. Jennifer’s leadership style fosters connection, trust, and a genuine sense of belonging, making everyone she works with feel like part of the ABL family. Outside of work, Jennifer finds joy in creative writing and is currently preparing to publish her first novel, a lifelong dream in the making.
