Customer Service Representative Full Time Position!

Start Date: 01/29/2019


Looking for a permanent full time position with an accessible transit route?

Do you have various experience as a customer service representative and thrive in a fast-paced team environment?

In this role you will be working on inbound campaigns that focus their services in: ride shares, telecommunications and apparel.

What we need from you:
 Provide exceptional customer service at all times while dealing with the inbound calls and when you are required to make an outbound call to follow up with the customer
 Provide thorough instructions, explanations and solutions for the customers
 Use various software programs to enter data after consulting, gathering customer information and evaluating the customers' needs
 Provide Inside Sales and Upsell to existing customers so you can make AMAZING incentives and bonuses
 Use appropriate communication with unsatisfied customers
 Capable of performing other related job duties or assignments assigned by your Supervisor or Manager

Requirements and Qualification:
 Must be 18+ years old
 Ability to type 40 words per minute, be able to multitask and have advanced computer skills
 Great work ethic, punctual, motivated in sales and passionate about customer service
 High School Graduate or GED
 You will need 100% English Language, both verbal and non-verbal communication skills
 1 year of experience in customer service and must be able to multitask while being enthusiastic and energetic when interacting with your customers
