Our client on Annacis Island is looking for a stand out candidate to help out as their Customer Service Order desk team member!

5) DO YOU HAVE SOME PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN TAKING ORDERS?
6) DO YOU HAVE UNBELIEVABLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS?

Some of the things that you'll be responsible for:

Be main point of contact with external customers by providing effective and timely customer service.
Helping facilitate the timely execution of inbound/outbound orders in adherence to the customer's requirements.
Receive and process order releases to warehouse team.
Process billing.
Provide shipping and tracking information to customers as required.
Address customer inquiries regarding shipments, inventory, invoice and billing questions.
Provide clerical and reporting needs of the customer.
Other tasks and duties assigned by the Manager.
