Experienced Receptionist

$15-18/hr

Start Date: Immediate


Description

Our client is an industrial manufacturer of steel products. They are currently seeking a full-time reception and admin assistant for their facility in Milton.

You will be responsible for:
- Answering and transferring calls
- Email correspondance
- Greeting customers
- Checking and Sending invoices

Requirements

- 1+ years of reception experience
- High School diploma
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic, punctuality and dependability
- Experience working with QuickBooks or Simply Accounting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
