SEVERAL IMMEDIATE OPENINGS – we are hiring call centre customer service agents to work from home! This is a permanent, full-time opportunity!
You will be working for a large call centre that provides customer support for telecommunications, technology and the food industry! Your main duties will include responding to incoming calls, online chats & emails from clients in a courteous and timely manner.
The pay rate for this position starts at $14.25/hour plus bonus / commission opportunities! There are language and night shift premiums available as well.
You will work rotating day, afternoon and night shifts (our client is open 24/7).
– Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
– Must have a clear and professional speaking phone voice
– 1 year of customer service experience required
– Excellent computer skills, confident in troubleshooting from home
– Ability to hardwire a computer into your internet
– Quiet space at home to work
– High speed internet
