Overview:
The Warehouse Team Lead plays a pivotal role in managing warehouse operations, including team coordination and return merchandise control. We are seeking an ideal candidate with a deep understanding of warehouse processes, backed by a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

Responsibilities:
– Overseeing both warehouse and cleaning staff, which involves the recruitment, mentoring, training, and scheduling of employees
– Managing returned product control with a focus on receiving, storing, processing returns, and shipping products efficiently.
– Ensuring the seamless flow of goods in and out of the warehouse to optimize operational effectiveness
– Addressing customer complaints promptly and ensuring overall customer satisfaction
– Generating invoices and managing purchasing orders to facilitate smooth transactions
– Spearheading continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing various processes within the warehouse
– Upholding strict compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
– 3 years of experience in a warehouse team lead role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Familiarity with ERP, WMS, RMA systems
– Experience in cross-borders shipment
– Proficiency in inventory management and returns, including barcoding systems
