Warehouse Associate with Raymond Reach Experience

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Burlington, ON. In this role, you’ll be responsible for order picking, packaging, and inventory management, ensuring that our warehouse runs efficiently and safely.

Location: Burlington, ON – transit friendly location.

Wage: $20-$22/hr (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately pick and pack orders, ensuring product safety and 100% accuracy
– Meet daily targets set by the Warehouse Supervisor
– Band and wrap skids as part of routine operations
– Receive, enter, and organize stock using an Inventory Management system
– Load and unload trucks while following established safety procedures
– Participate in monthly inventory cycle counts
– Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
– Operate warehouse equipment, including Raymond Reach forklift (license preferred)
– Follow all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
– Provide feedback on operational procedures and suggest efficiency improvements
– Perform other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:
– Previous experience with order picking, packaging, and using manual pick lists.
– Raymond Reach experience (license preferred).
– Comfort lifting up to 50lbs.
– A positive attitude with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.
– Ability to work independently and meet daily goals.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
