VP of Membership –
Compensation $85K to $110K base plus expenses, including home business allowance, benefits, & bonus plan.
Connecting with C level business people, you will drive the sales of memberships and sponsorships for a thriving organization that connects C level innovators with other like minded business people.
We are a not-for-profit group of Entrepreneurs, CEO’s, Partners and Executives of high-growth Ontario companies. It is unique in that it offers members not only regular sessions to discuss and resolve business issues, but a structured approach to embedding innovation in their strategic plans. This includes tools that have been developed and refined with the assistance of leading innovation practitioners.
With chapters across southern Ontario, the successful candidate will primarily be working from home in southern Ontario. You will be meeting virtually on a regular basis with the team, in addition to regular in person meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities include:
To assist the Executive Director in the development and execution of a 3-5 year strategic national growth plan
To develop the KPI’s for membership growth including member acquisition and retention
To work collaboratively with the Executive Director to develop, document and execute a sales process that
maximizes return on recruitment investment and lowers cost of member acquisition.

As VP of Membership you are a strong initiator and relationship builder who is comfortable interacting with and presenting to diverse entrepreneurs, is enthusiastic about and understands the benefits of peer-peer learning and innovation, and has achieved success in driving sales growth through a structured and effective process. Effective communication skills and an ability to cultivate and leverage relationships with sponsors, business groups and public sector organizations are key to success in this role.
Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset, forward thinking, strategic, a collaborator, and self driven with proven successful experience in C level sales and business development.
