Upcoming: Licensed Counterbalance Operator NEW

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Oakville, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, handling freight, and performing various general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have a valid forklift license, with at least 2 years of experience operating a Counterbalance forklift. Experience with Raymond Reach and Counterbalance with clamp is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate propane-powered Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts (valid certification and 1-2 years of experience required)
– Load and unload freight, build crates (using skill saw and electric drill), and load freight into crates
– Perform basic forklift maintenance, including changing propane tanks
– General warehouse labor, including lifting up to 50lbs (non-repetitive)
– Counterbalance with clamp experience is a bonus but not mandatory

Requirements:
– Valid forklift certification
– Minimum of 2 years experience operating Counterbalance forklifts (Raymond Reach experience is a bonus)
– Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed (non-repetitive)
– Basic maintenance knowledge for forklifts
– Strong attention to safety protocols and warehouse organization
– Positive attitude and good communication skills
