Team Lead, restoration and cleaning-$790/wk

Our client in London specializes in restoration work in both commercial and residential settings.
They are looking for a restoration technician to lead in the cleaning, packing and disposal of goods after fire or water issues

Job duties can include:
– cleaning of building contents or items that have been damaged
– disposal of items not recoverable
– packing up of building contents or items
– computer entry and inventory
– ability to lead and work with the team

Requirements:
– Heavy lifting up to 50lbs
– some cleaning experience
– a clean criminal record
– a G license and a clear drivers abstract- your own car is not required
– full time hours with possibilities of overtime and call ins for emergencies
– commitment to the job
