Looking to use your Software help skills for a 3 to 4 week assignment? Great role requiring travel within 2 hours of GGTA.
You will need your own vehicle for this role and a customer service attitude to assist with the roll out of a new device at the client locations.
– Gain extensive knowledge of the Lighthouse software tool
– Attend internal and external training sessions as required
On Site Training
– Conduct on site visits to various contract locations and conduct in person training sessions with users on the Lighthouse software
– Follow designated curriculum to ensure a consistent training experience
– Evaluate trainees to determine progress and training effectiveness
– Document training as required
– Provide remote support to sites via telephone or virtual meetings as required
– Troubleshoot end user concerns and assist with finding a resolution
– Escalate concerns or issues as required
– All other duties as required
