Seeking a Sales Rep for flooring company

Providing clients with a comprehensive selection of materials, we provide clients with the best in flooring sales, installation, and restoration. Seeking a driven and knowledgeable Flooring and Flooring Restoration Sales Representative to help grow our client base and ensure each customer finds the ideal solution for their needs.

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for selling our range of flooring options and restoration services. You will help clients navigate the flooring selection process, educate them on our restoration services, and oversee the entire sales cycle. A successful candidate will have experience in flooring sales, a strong understanding of restoration processes, and a passion for customer service and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients to assess flooring and restoration needs, offering tailored recommendations based on preferences, budget, and space requirements.
Educate customers on flooring products (e.g., hardwood, tile, vinyl, carpet) and restoration services
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate flooring conditions for restoration and measure areas for accurate estimates.
Present samples, discuss design ideas, and explain installation or restoration processes.
Coordinate and oversee orders, installations, and restoration projects, ensuring timely and quality service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
Collaborate with the team to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and techniques in flooring and restoration.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in flooring sales and/or restoration services.
Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and restoration techniques.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an asset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
