This Account Manager will oversee accounts in:
Vaudreuil, Chateauguay, St Constant, Longueuil, St Bruno, St-Jean, etc
Compensation $50K to $58K .Benefits after 3 months

Negotiate, manage, and administer service contracts.
Manage the monthly and annual budget forecasts and processes.

Solving any problems/concerns that might arise with a sense of urgency.
Assist area managers with new account set up, tailoring customer service requirements and negotiating
customer rates to ensure lowest possible cost.
Handle any complaints, concerns or questions from staff for all of your accounts.
Retrieve all sign-offs from clients for requested work and complaints.
Schedule oneself on the monthly on-call schedule with your team leader.
Create, evaluate and test new service processes, procedures, and equipment.
Continue to educate one-self in your field and industry
Continues evaluation and monitoring of area management to ensure performance and services are being
met and company compliance is fulfilled as required.
Initiate appropriate recourse if company policies and procedures are not met as required.
Complete all forms for Accounting, Human Resources and Operations when required. Hiring, termination
processes and one-time job procedures.
Communicate with staff in order to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss and
implement company policies and procedures.
Provide written and verbal warnings as required for all staff.
Re-assign and terminate employees when required.
