A licensed optician OR someone with optical experience would be an asset!

– Lead the Team: Motivate, train, and manage staff to deliver top-tier service.
– Drive Operations: Streamline daily workflows, optimize schedules, and hit performance targets.
– Deliver Excellence: Ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and personalized journey.
– Achieve Results: Monitor KPIs, maximize sales, and foster a positive store environment.

Who we are looking for:

– Someone to develop the team’s capabilities
– At least 2+ years in a customer-focused retail environment, with proven management or supervisory experience.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with customers and team members.
– Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
– Team-oriented, collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving business goals.
– Proficiency in computer systems and retail software.
– Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable.
– Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings.
– An Optician or Optical Experience would be an asset but is not required
