Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a team of 15 people
– Manage store employee’s performance through coaching and counseling
– Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
– Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and maintained
– Problem solve and provide great customer service
– Managing the day-to-day store operations

Requirements:
– All applicants must be able to work full-time, with a flexible schedule
– Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
– At least 2 to 3 years of retail management experience
– Proven record of excellent customer service with an emphasis on long term customer relationships
– Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs – the most important KPI is customer satisfaction
– Great attention to detail
