We are looking for a recruiting assistant to join our Canadian staffing agency that is locally owned and operated. We work side by side with our client companies and our assignment employees to help them reach their goals through new career opportunities.
We specialize in helping candidates find temporary, part-time and/or full-time assignments for administrative and customer service positions across Ontario and Quebec.
-Attraction, pre-screening and scheduling interviews of new candidates for existing and future career opportunities through inbound and outbound phone activity
-Data entry of application information and updates into recruiting software
-Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
-Answer and manage phone calls
-Assist in maintaining overall department standards for quality and consistency
-Assist with additional recruiting needs as necessary
-An upbeat, positive and energetic attitude
-Excellent oral, written communication, analytical and customer service skills
-Strong data entry and computer skills
-Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
-Experience in recruitment is an asset
