Your duties will include:
Promote company safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitoring product quality, performing individual checks and/or tests on various products, also maintaining the long-term continuity of production and service quality.
Identification and evaluation of needed inspection and testing equipment, i.e., maintaining gauge, testers, and calibration schedules.
Performs training at site location on quality policies and procedures as well as lean initiatives and tools.
Drafting/revising procedures and work instructions
Understand and be able to apply the elements of corrective and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, and the control of nonconforming material.
Input into the electronic Quality Management System (QMS) for non-conformance, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA) related to product, process, supplied goods, customer complaints, rework, etc.
