Our client is a leading General Contracting firm providing construction project management to retail, commercial and office clients, Construction & renovation of retail and office space. Our client focuses and has developed a strong market in the ICI projects around the Greater GTA. Full time, permanent position. Head Office in Mississauga, with flexible opportunity to work from.
Salary range between $48K-$50K annually and Benefits after 3 months with an RSP program.
Roles and Responsibilities-
-Can assist with accounting management A/R and A/P.
-Provide support to Project Managers & General Manager
-Responding to clients re: project documents, status of project time lines etc
-Updating project re: budgets, documents opening & close out
-Managing communications & deliverables to all internal & external stake holders
-Other duties as required to support the business needs

MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project
Smartsheet experience an asset, however will train
Excellent communication skills
Go above & beyond to support project team & clients
2 years of experience in construction as Project coordinator
Preference is given to ICI experience.
