Our client in the apparel industry in North York is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
What we are looking for:
– Team Player and someone who can work individually an eye for deadlines
– Someone looking for a stable Monday to Friday position (No Weekends)
– Someone with a strong drive and excellent customer service skills.
– Receive inbound customer orders via telephone, email or online catalog using an online ordering system
– Answer customer inquires over the phone and follow up appropriately and in a timely manner
– Recommend products based of the customers needs and have a strong understanding of inventory
– Assist with sales by cross-selling, up selling and communicating with the sales team
– Ability to work well individually and in a team
– Keen eye for detail and excellent data entry skills
– Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written
– Strong organizational skills
– Works well under pressure
