Packager/Palletizer Evening Shift – Cookie Factory

Join an established cookie manufacturer in Burlington that has been in business since 1951. Well known across North America for their real ingredients and award-winning safety practices, our client is a well-respected cookie manufacturer! These are full-time ongoing positions, with the potential for direct hire into a unionized environment!

No experience required – full training provided – students welcome!

Shift schedule is Monday to Friday 3:50PM-12:20AM

Wage: $17/hour (with perfect attendance to a 40hour week, they offer an attendance bonus of an extra $1/hour)

Weekly pay every Friday with 4% vacation pay added on top!

Location is a short drive from Hamilton (approx 20mins) and Oakville (approx 15mins)

This is a flexible position that may be moved between departments as needed. Duties could include any of the following (lifting up to 40lbs could be involved):
– Packaging (sorting cookies on the line, removing any damaged product and ensuring containers are filled)
– Palletizing (loading boxes of cookies onto skids, shrink wrapping skids for shipment)
– Sanitation (sweeping, mopping, emptying garbage’s, wiping down high touch points with sanitizer)
