Outbound Call Center Agent

Our client, an established third party call centre in North York/Scarborough (Victoria Park & Consumers Rd.) is currently seeking telesales agents. You will be working on a home services project, subscribing clients to warranties and energy services.

Job Duties:
– Place and/or receive calls to/from new and existing customers.
– Provide exceptional sales and customer service levels.
– Accurately input, and retrieve customer information.
– Resolve customer concerns immediately and effectively.
– Accurately and efficiently answer customer questions with a complete knowledge of features and benefits of products/services.
– Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
– Strong communication skills.
– Sales experience (call centre, retail, or in-person) REQUIRED.
– Excellent command of the English language – both oral and written.
– Professional and pleasant telephone manner.
– Must have flexibility and willingness to move between various shifts.
– Must be available to work during hours of operation, including weekends.
