We have a great full time long term opportunity available for an Operations Coordinator in London! This is a full time long term job opportunity with a local security company – you will be a key member of our Human Resources department! All applicants MUST have some supervisory or management experience.
The pay rate for this position starts at $23/hour and we pay weekly every Friday! Get your 1st day’s pay after your 2nd shift with our Quick Start Pay Program!
This is a hybrid in-office position that runs Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Your duties will include hiring and scheduling security guards, arranging training, and enforcing policies. You will also act as a liaison to clients, prioritizing your availability to discuss any expectations and concerns they may have regarding guard schedules, performance, pay rates and invoices.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of previous operational management experience, or management experience working in high demand fast paced environment
– Experience working with and leading multiple staff under your supervision.
– Complex scheduling experience (2 years preferred)
– Knowledge of payroll and how to operate scheduling and payroll software.
