Office Supplies & Equipment company in Woodbridge continues to grow their office staff!
Permanent, full time opportunity with benefits after 3 months. This position has a variety of responsibilities including customer follow up and upselling, order management, A/R, A/P and preparing sales quotes and reports.
Office & Sales Support
– coordinating work flow in the office
– following up with customers re: orders and upselling product and services
– preparing reports and summaries
– preparing sales information and quotes
– assisting accountant and service manager as needed
Candidate skills:
– administrative skills including excellent MS Office skills
– customer management service and sales support 3+ years
– strong organizational and time management skills
– excellent communication skills
