We are currently seeking a full time Office Adminstrator for a Family Owned and Operated Tile Retailer, located in Mount Hope!
Full time hours 8 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday!
Starting at $16/ hour!
The duties include, but are not limited to:
– Answering phone customer inquiries/supplier
– Filing of Invoices Both Numerical and alphabetical
– Directing emails to proper personnel
– Keeping office area Tidy and Clean
– Cash Till management
– Prepare Cash Deposit Documents for controller (training will be provided)
– Call customers when Their orders have arrived
– Distribute faxes to proper personnel
– Fax Time cards to Burlington location Weekly
– Request and order office supplies as required.
– Going to Bank for Cash Change as required.
