We have a direct-hire opportunity for a payroll administrator with accounts payable and accounts receivable experience in Simcoe! This job is located in Simcoe, ON and is a short drive from Brantford
You will be providing efficient and effective clerical support while preparing invoices, statements and vouchers; reconciling accounts and posting to journals, general ledgers, and other accounting records. You may act as a liaison for contractors, building security, maintenance and service providers.
– This is a direct-hire placement so you will be put on our client’s payroll immediately
– A college diploma/certificate; or 1 (one) to 3 (three) years’ related experience in accounts payable
– Quikbooks experience
– Must be able to work full time 40 hours per week on your SIN
