As an Overnight Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s inventory, enhancing product displays, and ensuring the store is visually appealing for customers. Working during non-operational hours, you will handle stocking, organizing, and restocking shelves to meet store standards and ensure products are ready for the next business day.
Key Responsibilities:
– Inventory Management: Unload and organize new shipments, restock shelves, and ensure accurate product placement following merchandising guidelines.
– Visual Merchandising: Arrange products attractively, ensuring all displays are visually appealing, clean, and accessible to customers.
– Safety Compliance: Follow safety guidelines, use necessary protective equipment, and ensure the safe operation of stocking tools and machinery.
– Quality Control: Monitor product quality and expiration dates, removing any damaged or outdated items.
Store Maintenance: Clean and maintain aisles and displays, ensuring the store is ready for opening hours.
