This is a family owned company that has been in business for over 100 years. They manufacture rope of various sizes, styles and materials. The employee will spend 4 hours a day hand splicing safety lines which means they need to have strong hands and good physical dexterity. The other time will be spent running our production machines.
Regular Hours:
Monday – Friday 3:00 – 11:00pm
*must be available to train on the day shift 9:00am – 5:00pm for the first 2-3 weeks
The employee will spend up to 4 hours each day splicing safety lines. This requires hand strength and dexterity. The remainder of the employee’s shift will be operating machinery.
Requirements:
Hand strength & dexterity
Experience operating machinery
Ability to speak basic English
Comfort working in a noisy environment (all PPE provided)
Strong work ethic
