Our client, a well-respected, socially and environmentally committed provider of specialty valves and process solutions for energy and industrial infrastructure, is seeking a Junior Inside Sales professional to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate quotations and estimate pricing and delivery timelines using supplier input, inventory data, and established pricing structures.
– Process customer orders by creating purchase requisitions and setting up new inventory items.
– Obtain supplier quotes and technical details for engineered-to-order products.
– Support the Inside Sales Manager in maintaining up-to-date pricing, terms, and product information in the ERP system.
– Collaborate with Application Specialists and Sales teams to organize and deliver project quotations.
– Maintain organized and current electronic and paper quote files.
– Assist with creating and updating pricing documents, terms and conditions, and other administrative sales tasks.
– Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company health and safety requirements.
Qualifications:
– Engineering/technical diploma or 4-6 years of relevant industry experience (or equivalent combination).
– Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
– Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Fluency in English; French language skills are an asset.
