Inside Sales & CSR – Bilingual French & English

We have immediate openings for bilingual inside sales / customer service representative jobs in North York! You will be working with a top Canadian company that specializes in promotional clothing!

You will be providing telephone support to customers and outside sales representatives. You will receive orders from customers, increase sales (through cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, etc.). Outbound calls to current customers are required as are customer follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction!

We are looking for someone fluent in both English and French (written and oral), 2 or more years of experience in inside sales / customer service, detail oriented, experience working in a fast paced environment, and excellent computer skills.

The pay rate for this position ranges from $22-25/hour.
