Inside/Outside Sales – Home Design

We are currently seeking Sales Experts with a background in Home Design and Construction!

Responsibilities:
– Cater to existing customers, including contractors and builders, ensuring their needs are met throughout project development.
– Organize and oversee projects from start to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
– Develop new business opportunities and network within the industry to expand the client base.
– Facilitate services such as custom countertops, kitchens, moulding, flooring installations, fencing, landscaping, and building custom homes.
– Utilize home design software, specifically 2020 Design, to create and present design concepts to clients.
– Work closely with the marketing team to effectively utilize marketing budgets and promote services.

Qualifications:
– Proven sales experience in the home design/improvement industry.
– Familiarity with home design software, particularly 2020 Design.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and network within the industry.
– Commitment to providing exceptional service to clients and addressing their needs proactively.
