This is a full time salaried position! Your shift will be Monday to Friday from 10am to 6:30pm after your training period.

If you have any experience with creating job advertisements, pre-screening, and interviewing then you will be a great fit for this position! If you love to talk to new people then this is the job for you! You must have your own reliable vehicle, an upbeat attitude, and an analytical mind. This is an in-office position within our New Westminster branch.

Your main duties will involve:
– Attracting applicants through the creation of client-centered advertising campaigns
– Pre-screening applicants and conducting interviews to fill our client’s orders
– Analysing your results and making adjustments to create the best outcome
