Full Time Inside Sales Administrator Needed in Coquitlam

This location supports a range of industries, including forestry, providing expertise in ISO management systems and related certification processes across Canada and the U.S.
Perks
– $24.04/hr + commission
– Weekly pay!
– Steady full time Monday to Friday shifts
– 100% remote
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and format customer proposals and quotations
-Support sales and administrative functions for the forestry division across Canada and the U.S.
-Manage CRM updates (iConnect) and assist with trade show coordination
-Handle incoming calls and internal communications
-Ensure proposal accuracy and compliance with ISO management standards
Skills & Qualifications
-Strong administrative and sales support experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM/internal management systems
-Knowledge of ISO standards or management systems an asset
-Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
-Post-secondary education preferred
