This position is typically performed in our Montreal office but will be work-from-home until the pandemic has subsided.

Your main duties will include answering inbound customer inquiries, problem-solving, recommending new products / services, and completing data entry for order information.
Our ideal candidate is fluent in French and English with at least 6 months of customer service experience and experience using Microsoft Excel. In order to work effectively from home, you must have reliable high-speed internet.
