FULL-TIME PERMANENT ROLE – WORK FROM HOME!

Our client is in the pharmaceutical distribution industry and has been in business since 1916. This is a direct-hire opportunity: get your foot in the door with a great company!

We offer a salary, full benefits after 3 months, pension after 18 months, Monday to Friday schedule, and a work from home environment. You may return to the office in the future.

You will be responsible for several key customer service tasks, including order entry and the resolution of customer issues and inquiries. You will be empowered to build relationships with customers by ‘owning’ customer issues, being responsive and proactive, and consistently providing a high level of customer follow-up and service

We are looking for someone with 6 months or more of call center experience and excellent communication skills in French and English.

– Able to work between 11am and 9pm Mon-Fri.
