1230pm-8:30pm

Job Description
– Assisting customer with insurance inquiries
– Outbound calls to existing customers
– Customer Care
– Outbound Sales

Requirements:
– Excellent communication in French and English
– Excellent communication skills (you will be using several computer programs)
– Previous customer service experience.
– Experience working in Call Center
– Experience using computers at work (must be able to use 2-4 programs open on computer at once)
– Outgoing and personable
