Food Processing Machine Operator position – is responsible for performing material handling, clean-up, packaging and other elemental activities related to food and beverage processing. Responsible for production, quality and food safety on line.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Build pallets
Operate the pallet wrapper
Stage finished pallets and label with correct pallet number
Complete Package Module form with current pallet number

Experience as a machine operator or a labourer in food or beverage processing is an advantage in this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The employee may be exposed to wet or humid conditions.
The employee may be exposed to extremely hot, dusty and noisy environments.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Shifts run from 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. For the rest of the year the afternoon shift will run from 3pm-1am. As an incentive for employees to work until 1am they pay overtime from 11pm-1am
