Experience Shipping Coordinator

We are now hiring an experience shipper in Mississauga! Work for a Canadian company that has been in business for over 35 years! This is an exciting temporary to hire position with room to grow and advance!

Shift:
– Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm

You responsibilities include:
– Load and unload transports and couriers
– Load and unload customer pick up orders – working the pick-up desk to ensure documents and products are correct
– Enter courier details into shipping software and tag boxes
– Organize Picking Slips copies for Pipe and Cuts and distribute to the floor
– Process all paper work in the office (packing slips, mill test reports and other requested docs)
– Prepare all shipping waybills for transports and couriers
– Organize truck runs for drivers as order print through the day
– Print and verify reports to confirm all orders listed are picked and ready to ship

Requirements:
– Must have post secondary education in logistics and freight forwarding
– Must be able to work 40 hours per week long term on your SIN
– Must be able to lift 50lbs
– Must have previous experience

Pay rate:
– $25-28 /hour
– Weekly pay every Friday by cheque or direct deposit
