We are currently hiring for a Sales and Marketing Assistant for a Custom Home Improvement Company in Halton Region! Fantastic opportunity for up and coming sales/marketing gurus to gain valuable work experience with a well known company!
This is a full time opportunity with good opportunity to be hired on permanently; grow and advance within the company!
Shift runs from 7am-4:30pm Monday-Friday; enjoy weekends off!

– Assisting the marketing director and supporting the sales team with sales and marketing activities
– Receive and process sale orders – Creating sales quotations using in-house software
– Following up on sales leads – Coordinating production deadlines, deliveries and scheduling of installations
– Writing articles and promotional material for the company’s multiple websites (including social media)
– Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases
– Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required
– 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or sales assistant role
– A post-secondary diploma with a focus on sales and/or marketing – Construction and/or Home Building knowledge an asset
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint, in PC environment.
– Working knowledge of Adobe Creative
