You will be answering inbound customer calls and providing an excellent customer service experience. You will be resolving any issues or concerns while making appropriate recommendations for products and services.
What we’re looking for:
– Bilingual – fluent in Portuguese and English
– 6 months or more of customer service experience
– Computer skills, including experience in MS word and excel
– Your own computer with Windows 10
– High speed internet (over 15 Mbps)
